Prime Minister Albanese has announced that voters will head to the polls in May. This means we have just a few weeks to turn ASRC’s election plan into action – but we can’t do it without your help.

With your help, we will:
- commission tried and tested research to find out what messages will have the most cut-through with voters when it comes to ensuring fairer refugee policies
- blanket key areas with digital ads, street posters, and flyers to push for more supportive refugee narratives and counter misinformation
- recruit a movement of volunteers to hand put policy scorecards directly into the hands of voters as they head in to vote
This will work! We know because we’ve done it before. But election campaigns are expensive and it’ll take support from generous supporters like you to make it happen.

Donations of $2 and over are tax-deductible. Funds raised by the ASRC are used to advocate for, support and empower over 7,000 people seeking asylum and refugees each year with the provision of support, food, housing, material aid, medical assistance, legal aid, counselling and employment services.
